Shipping & Returns

Items are usually shipped within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends) after your payment has been cleared and confirmed. We will inform you about the delivery status when your item has been sent.

According to our shipping costs, there are NO overcharge fees for our customers. The cost is only for postal service rate charge, supplies (when applicable) and labour. We offer delivery via US Postal Service. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.

Return Policy

We make every effort to make sure your order is exactly correct, In the event a wrong item was shipped we will exchange it for you. The item must be sent back to us for an exchange for the correct item.

Standard Return : We want you to be completely satisfied, We can take your return within 7 days of the receipt date of the product. Please note shipping can not be refunded, we can only refund actual price of the item returned. You will be credited back the exact way you paid. Your return must be in NEW, SEALED or UN-OPENED Condition and exactly the way it was sent to you. Please contact us within 48 hours if there is a mistake in your order.

Cancellation Policy : Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed, usually the next business day. Please contact us via email to cancel your order and we will let you know if your order has been processed, shipped or successfully cancelled.
